How it works
A straight path from idea to “first song” on the bike—whether you teach in a studio or at home.
1. Shape the lesson
Start in the builder: add segments (warm-up, climb, sprint, cool-down, etc.), set how long each block runs, and jot coaching notes. Exercise types remember colours and default durations so recurring formats stay quick to assemble.
2. Line up the music
In the library, maintain tracks that match your coaching style. When Spotify import is available in your build, paste a track (or expanded album/playlist) link so metadata flows into your library. Tie songs to segments as you like.
3. Save the session
Your lesson lives in sessions on the dashboard—open it later for the next class or duplicate the pattern for a new playlist week.
4. Run class
Open the session in the player: move through the timeline, see what’s next, and—when enabled—control playback through the Spotify app on the same phone. Riders still hear audio through your usual studio setup; SpinFlow keeps you on time.
Spotify checklist
- Spotify app installed on the device (for App Remote playback).
- Premium account where remote playback is required.
- Tracks may need re-import if you add URI support later—your release notes can explain.
